Registration
The process is in TWO steps. Please ensure that you complete both to be included as a registered participant.
STEP 1. Pre-registration
Please fill the information form via this link (or click on the button).
STEP 2. Registration fee payment
This can be anytime before registrations close (tentatively early May 2026). To complete registration payment, you will need to enter your email address which you have used for the pre-registration form and pay the fee.
Note: To confirm your registration and / or to get your accepted abstract (if any) to be included in the Programme, you need to pay the registration fee. If you have any difficulty in payment, please contact LOC (cap2026@bao.am) for solving it. New abstract submissions are now closed.
* All fees are expressed in Armenian Drams (AMD).

The Registration Fee includes :
- Pick-up / transfers – Airport to/from hotels
- Welcome Reception on 25 May, 2026
- Coffee/Tea breaks and refreshments on 25-29 May, 2026

1 – Student fees apply only to undergraduate and PhD students. A scan of the student card or a letter from the University on headed paper confirming the participant’s student status should be sent to LOC. 2 – Accompanying persons will receive name badges and will have access to the Conference Halls and Coffee Breaks. However, the Welcome Reception on 25.05.2026 for an Accompanying Person costs EUR 25. For them, all Social Events have the same costs as for the participants. | ||||
Cancellation Rules
- Cancellation before 31 December 2025: 100% refund
- Cancellation between 01 January 2026 – 25 March 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellation after 26 March 2026: no refund
