- Posters should be in a Portrait layout with a maximum size of A0 (dimensions: 841 x 1189 mm, portrait layout).
- ALL poster presenters must submit a digital version of their poster to make it available online. The digital poster should contain 5 slides in PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva Slides format. You must upload your content using the link provided.
- Posters from participants attending in person will be displayed on grid panels in the poster room on site. One number will be attributed to your poster.
- Opening hours:
Monday, 25 May to Thursday, 28 May: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday, 29 May: 08:00 – 13:30; the posters must be removed before 14:00. - To help presenters avoid the inconvenience of traveling with printed posters and mounting them just before the first session, especially for the first poster group (May 25-27), we suggest offering an advanced poster printing option.
- Presenters may send their poster file (PDF or JPG) at least 10 days in advance, no later than 15 May, so the posters can be printed and mounted onsite before the meeting begins.
- The cost for this service is AMD 9,000 (EUR 20) per poster. Payment can be made at the registration desk.
