LOC has a block reservation of a limited number of rooms at the Meeting Venue hotel, Ani Plaza 4-star hotel at discount rates for the participants for bookings between May 23 and 31 (up to 8 nights, for those who wish to stay longer for pre- and post- conference tours), standard single and double/twin rooms. The price per person per night with breakfast is AMD 38000 for standard single rooms and for two persons per night with breakfast is AMD 44000 for double/twin rooms, which is lower than even the booking.com rates). Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory (BAO) Guest House. There are only 10 rooms with several options (between the dates 23-31.05.2026):
- double room single occupancy – 10000 AMD per night
- double or triple room double occupancy – 7000 AMD per person per night
- triple room triple occupancy – 6000 AMD per person per night
- 4 persons in a room – 5000 AMD per person per night
Meals are not included but may be served at BAO restaurant (canteen) upon special request:
- breakfast (23-31.05.2026) – 1600 AMD each
- lunch (23-24.05 and 30-31.05.2026) – 2400 AMD each
- dinner (23-31.05.2026) – 2400 AMD each

We strongly recommend to book accommodation in one of these hotels through local organizers to stay in the same hotel and to benefit from lower prices. Moreover, all local transportation (to and from Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory (BAO) and Conference Dinner, pre- and post- conference tours, etc.) will be organized from/to these hotels. Early reservations are welcome, as there are a lot of guests in May in Armenia.
